Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Adcropper platform, our advertising and creative-management services and the Adcropper MCP integration.

Effective 26 October 2026 · Last updated 26 October 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Adcropper, including the platform at platform.adcropper.com, the Adcropper advertising and creative-management services, and the Adcropper Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) integration made available through compatible third-party AI applications, including Claude and ChatGPT (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by ADCROPPER YAYINCILIK HİZMETLERİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Adcropper”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The individual or organization accessing the Services (“you” or “Customer”) agrees to these Terms by creating an account, accepting them electronically, or using the Services, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Additional written agreements between Adcropper and your organization may govern specific subscriptions or services; where they expressly conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for its scope.

1. Definitions and scope

Account
The credentials and profile used to access Adcropper, including accounts provided to teams, agencies or brands.
Content
Materials or information made available through the Services, including advertising creatives, brand information, campaigns, sets, documents, files, images and associated metadata.
Customer Content
Content that you or your Authorized Users submit, create, store, access or modify using the Services.
MCP Integration
Adcropper's connection using the Model Context Protocol, allowing compatible third-party AI applications to interact with designated Adcropper features through tools and authenticated connections.
Third-Party AI Platform
An independent application or provider, such as Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI), through which you choose to access the MCP Integration.
Authorized User
An individual whom you authorize to access your Account or your organization's Services, subject to applicable permissions.

These Terms cover the Adcropper Services. Third-Party AI Platforms are separately provided and governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

2. Eligibility and account registration

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and be at least 18 years old.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date. Adcropper accounts may be used within organizational structures, including agency, company and brand accounts, with access controlled by the permissions assigned to users.

You are responsible for keeping passwords and other access credentials confidential, for assigning appropriate roles to Authorized Users, and for promptly notifying us about suspected unauthorized access. You must not share individual account credentials in violation of applicable access rules. Contact contact@adcropper.com if you believe your account is compromised.

Adcropper may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address unauthorized use, security threats, suspected fraud or violations of these Terms, consistent with applicable law and contractual obligations.

3. Services and permitted use

Adcropper provides tools for creating, organizing, managing and working with advertising or creative assets and related workflow information. Specific features and permissions depend on your subscription, account, enabled features and organizational configuration. Features can change as the Services evolve.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Adcropper grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your permitted internal business purposes during the applicable subscription period. No ownership in the Services or their software is transferred to you.

You agree not to:

  1. use the Services unlawfully or to violate others' rights;
  2. access data or systems without authorization;
  3. disrupt or compromise the Services;
  4. copy, distribute, sublicense, resell, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from protected parts of the Services, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law;
  5. upload malicious code; or
  6. misrepresent your authority to access, share, create or change Content.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for advertising, publication or business decisions, and for complying with applicable advertising, intellectual-property and privacy laws.

4. Adcropper MCP integration and third-party AI applications

4.1 Optional connection

Where enabled, the MCP Integration allows you to connect your Adcropper Account with a supported Third-Party AI Platform. Use is optional. You connect by signing in with your Adcropper account through the authorization flow of the Adcropper MCP server (mcp.adcropper.com); the Third-Party AI Platform receives an access token, never your password.

4.2 Authorized actions and permissions

The MCP Integration may permit a connected application to read, list, create and edit eligible Adcropper data, including brand, campaign, set and related materials, depending on the tools made available and the user's permissions. Not all tools or actions are necessarily available to every Account.

Instructions given to a Third-Party AI Platform may result in operations performed in Adcropper. Before submitting an instruction that could change or create data, review the instruction, the selected Account or brand, and any approval or confirmation displayed in the platform. You are responsible for instructions and actions initiated through access you authorize, subject to applicable law.

4.3 Information shared through the integration

When you invoke an MCP tool, information needed to process the request, which may include Account identifiers, relevant brand or set data, files or other Customer Content, request parameters and results, may be transferred between Adcropper and the connected Third-Party AI Platform. The particular information exchanged depends on the tool and the request.

Adcropper stores data related to the Services, including data processed through the MCP Integration. Data categories, purposes, retention, user controls and third-party processing are described in our Privacy Policy.

4.4 Third-party responsibilities

Third-Party AI Platforms are operated independently of Adcropper. Their service availability, prompts, generated responses, conversation histories, security settings, retention and other handling of information are governed by their respective terms and policies. Adcropper does not control how those platforms operate and does not guarantee that their responses will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular use.

Review the relevant third party's policies and settings before sending confidential or regulated information through that platform. Only share content you are permitted to disclose and process.

4.5 Accuracy, review and unintended changes

AI-generated instructions and responses can contain errors. Tool calls may create or modify Content in Adcropper. You should verify the requested changes and review the resulting Content. Where business-critical changes are involved, use appropriate internal approvals, role restrictions, and the backups or version controls available to your organization.

4.6 Disconnecting the integration

You may stop initiating requests from a Third-Party AI Platform and, where supported, disconnect or revoke access in that platform or through the relevant Adcropper account controls. Disconnecting does not necessarily remove Content already stored in Adcropper or information retained by a Third-Party AI Platform under its own policies. Data-rights requests may be sent to privacy@adcropper.com.

4.7 Availability and changes

We may add, modify, limit or discontinue MCP tools and compatibility with Third-Party AI Platforms for operational, security, compliance or product reasons. The MCP Integration may also be unavailable because of a third party's outage or changes. We will provide notice where required by applicable law or agreement.

5. Customer Content and intellectual property

You retain the rights you hold in Customer Content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit, process or share that Content through the Services, including the MCP Integration. You grant Adcropper the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, display and otherwise handle Customer Content to provide, secure, maintain and support the Services in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Adcropper and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, software, documentation, branding, designs and other Adcropper intellectual property, excluding Customer Content. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms or applicable written agreements.

You are responsible for ensuring that advertising and other outputs comply with applicable law and do not infringe third-party rights. Ownership and permitted use of AI-generated materials may also be affected by the terms of the relevant Third-Party AI Platform and applicable law.

6. Subscriptions, billing and renewals

Paid features may require a subscription or other commercial agreement. Fees, billing periods, included features, renewal terms, cancellation methods, applicable taxes and refunds are determined by the plan you purchase and by your written agreement.

Unless your plan or written agreement says otherwise, subscriptions run for one year and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Failure to pay applicable charges may result in restricted access or suspension after any notice or cure period required by law or agreement. Availability of the MCP Integration may depend on your plan or Account permissions.

7. Privacy and data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and under applicable data protection law. Users and organizations are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate legal basis, authorization and notices for any personal data they upload or make accessible through the Services or MCP tools. Where applicable, additional data-processing agreements may govern processing on behalf of business customers.

Use of the MCP Integration can involve transmission of data to and from a Third-Party AI Platform selected by the user. The platform provider's own privacy notices apply to its independent processing. Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@adcropper.com for privacy requests.

8. Security and account protection

We maintain technical and organizational measures intended to protect the Services and the data they process. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting credentials, limiting user access, and reporting suspected security incidents affecting your Account without undue delay.

No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be continuously secure or uninterrupted. We may temporarily limit features or connections where necessary to address a security risk, protect users or comply with the law.

9. Third-party services and integrations

Adcropper may offer connections to third-party tools and services, and relies on hosting and payment providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate contracts, permissions and fees. We are not responsible for the operation of third-party products outside Adcropper's control, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or an applicable agreement.

The MCP Integration is governed in greater detail by Section 4.

10. Service availability, changes and support

We aim to keep the Services operational, but maintenance, updates, third-party service changes, internet outages and other events may cause interruptions. We may modify features or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, reliability, abuse prevention or security reasons. Any specific service-level commitments must be stated in a separate applicable agreement.

For technical help, account issues or MCP questions, email support@adcropper.com.

11. Suspension, cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription using the available Account controls or any method required by applicable law or your written agreement. Cancelling a subscription, disconnecting a Third-Party AI Platform and deleting an Account are different actions and may have different effects.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, unpaid fees, unlawful use, security risks or legal obligations, subject to applicable notice and cure requirements. After termination, rights to use the affected Services end, although sections that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and accrued rights, remain in effect.

Handling and deletion of Content and personal data after termination are described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement. Disconnecting the MCP Integration does not automatically delete historical data.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement or required by law. Adcropper does not warrant that AI-generated text, instructions, outputs or actions initiated through a Third-Party AI Platform will be accurate, error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Adcropper's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to your indemnification obligations under Section 13.

Neither party excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and nothing here removes your non-waivable rights under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Adcropper against third-party claims and reasonable related costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of others' intellectual property or privacy rights through Customer Content, or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Adcropper's own conduct or as otherwise limited by applicable law or a separate agreement.

14. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. The “Last updated” date is revised when changes are published. Continued use after changes take effect may indicate acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law; where affirmative consent is required, we will seek it.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of the Adcropper platform or any services provided by Adcropper, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. Users are encouraged to contact contact@adcropper.com to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the competent courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes any mandatory consumer protection rights, statutory remedies or jurisdictional protections available to users under applicable laws.

16. General provisions

These Terms, together with documents expressly incorporated by reference and any applicable separate written agreement, form the agreement governing the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. Failure to enforce a term does not waive the right to enforce it later. Neither party is responsible for a failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent provided by applicable law. Headings are for convenience only. Notices may be delivered electronically where legally permissible.

The English version of these Terms is the controlling version.
