Adcropper

Soft2Bet × Adcropper · Case study

From Creative to CRM

A concept case study for connecting high volume creative production with Soft2Bet's CRM workflow through a Symplify integration.

At a glance

Soft2Bet operates multiple brands and runs a high volume of promotional and CRM campaigns. The proposed integration connects Adcropper's creative production layer with the existing Symplify environment so campaign assets, variants and delivery steps can move through one coordinated workflow.

The challenge

A growing CRM operation needs a more connected creative workflow.

When campaign creation, asset adaptation, approvals and CRM activation happen in separate tools, each new brand, market, channel or size can introduce additional handoffs. The result is repeated production work, fragmented ownership and more opportunities for mismatch between the approved creative and the asset ultimately used in CRM.

Campaign volume

Multiple campaigns and promotional variants may be active across brands and markets at the same time.

Creative variation

The same offer may require different sizes, copy, languages, imagery and channel specific versions.

Operational handoffs

Creative, CRM and campaign teams need a reliable way to move from approved design to activation.

The solution

Connect the creative layer directly to the CRM workflow.

Adcropper acts as the production and orchestration layer: teams build reusable campaign templates, generate approved variants, package the correct output and pass it into the Symplify campaign workflow with a consistent structure.

Symplify integration scope

Adcropper and Symplify were connected through a structured integration layer covering campaign metadata, creative delivery, synchronization, validation and version control.

1. Campaign setup & identifiers

Create a campaign record in Adcropper with brand, market, language, offer, channel, campaign ID and naming conventions. These identifiers travel with the creative so downstream teams can trace the exact campaign and version.

2. Reusable creative templates

Build master templates for banners, email modules, hero imagery or other CRM placements. Locked brand elements remain controlled, while editable fields such as copy, CTA, value, image and legal text can be changed safely.

3. Variant generation

Generate approved permutations by size, language, brand and campaign requirement. A single master can produce multiple outputs while preserving layout rules and reducing manual recreation.

4. Field & asset mapping

Map Adcropper fields and output types to the relevant Symplify campaign structure. This can include campaign names, creative IDs, asset URLs, alt text, dimensions, locale tags and other metadata needed by CRM.

5. Delivery & synchronization

On approval, publish or export the final creative package to the agreed integration endpoint. The delivery layer uses structured payloads, asset references and API based handoff so approved creative can be consumed by the mapped Symplify campaign workflow.

6. Governance, QA & versioning

Keep status, version and ownership visible across the workflow. Validate required fields, formats, dimensions and naming before handoff, and retain an audit trail so teams can identify which creative version was approved and activated.

Typical technical touchpoints: Authentication & access: secure credentials and environment specific access. Payload contract: agreed fields, IDs and asset references. Error handling: failed syncs are surfaced with retry or manual recovery. Environment separation: test/staging before production. Monitoring: basic logging for successful and failed handoffs.

How it works end to end?

01

Brief

Campaign owner defines brand, market, offer, dates, audience and required placements.

02

Template

Creative team selects an approved Adcropper master template or prepares a new reusable template.

03

Populate

Copy, CTA, imagery, offer values, locale and legal content are populated using controlled fields.

04

Generate

Required sizes and variants are produced from the master rather than rebuilt one by one.

05

Review

Creative and campaign owners review the output, correct exceptions and approve the final version.

06

Package

Adcropper prepares the approved files plus the metadata needed for the CRM handoff.

07

Sync

The integration sends or exposes the final creative package to the mapped Symplify workflow.

08

Activate

CRM team selects the synced creative, completes audience/scheduling rules and activates the campaign.

What a connected workflow improves

The connected workflow reduced operational friction between creative production and CRM activation while creating a more repeatable model for multi brand campaign delivery.

Less manual coordination

Fewer back-and-forth handoffs between creative and CRM teams because assets arrive with consistent identifiers, formats and ownership.

Faster adaptation

New sizes, languages and campaign variants can be generated from reusable masters instead of rebuilt from scratch.

More consistent output

Locked design rules, structured fields and approval states help protect brand consistency across CRM placements.

Clearer traceability

Campaign IDs, version information and asset metadata create a cleaner link between the source creative and the activated CRM campaign.

Scalable multi brand operations

A shared production model makes it easier to support recurring campaign activity across multiple brands, markets and teams.

Safer activation

Validation and QA steps reduce the risk of missing fields, wrong dimensions, outdated creatives or inconsistent naming entering the CRM workflow.

Integration foundation

Built for scale: the integration establishes a repeatable connection between creative production and CRM execution. Structured campaign identifiers, controlled templates, standardized metadata, validation rules and synchronized asset delivery give teams a consistent way to move campaigns from brief to activation across brands, markets and formats.
